Fuck a John

Yeah John was drunk, well he is drunk. Seven days straight, with tons of exercise, heart all over the place, but back on target. Heading out to Colorado tomorrow for Sierra club trip, not sure where I am but positive where I am going. Keep on living those up and downs are bliss.
