The Singularity

For those who aren't here, the other night I was very drunk and apparently went into a lively discussion with Carmin about something called the singularity.

is supposed to sum it up (the other book is only a small piece). I haven't read either of these (especially since the one isn't published yet), so can't tell you how good they are, I only know this stuff from casual reading of postings and articles and shit.
